At AHIP, he partnered directly with national and regional health plan CEOs to advance interoperability, administrative simplification, and consumer-driven care models. Later, as President and CEO of WEDI, he elevated the organization into a national convening force, strengthening its role with HHS, CMS, and ONC while guiding the industry through challenges such as prior authorization reform, cybersecurity, and clinical-administrative data harmonization.
